With more than 1,000 artists attending this year's Tomorrowland in Boom, Belgium, the dance music community was presented with countless artists from around the world.
This year's lineup boasted artists such as Martin Garrix, Camelphat, Axwell /\ Ingrosso, 3 Are Legend, Laidback Luke, and countless other artists. On top of that, Tomorrowland 2018 featured a handful of female artists to brace the stage.
Shortly after her set at STMPD RCRDS' stage, Dua Lipa tweeted out that she was the “first ever international female artist to play Tomorrowland.” While this sounds like an impressive feat, Rezz and Alison Wonderland quickly shut this statement down. Not only was Dua Lipa not the first international female artist to play Tomorrowland, but she wasn't even the first international female artist to play that day.
