London based hybrid musician blends all types of sounds and influences into his music. His debut 3-track-project, the Petrichor EP, features the up and comers signature sound: soaring melodies are laid on top of sweet and glassy analog instrumentation. Give the new EP a spin below now and under that stream check out a quote via Frankl himself on the process. Enjoy!
“At the beginning of 2017 I started a new creative partnership with my producer Rob Brinkmann. He moved into the studio I’d built in South London and we started experimenting with sounds. Gold Rush, the debut single from this EP was released that summer with its follow up, Patina coming in early 2018. Petrichor is the final panel of the triptych and, with an album of new material slated for 2019, the end of this period of experimentation. Petrichor means the smell of rain after a period of drought.” – Sam Frankl
