Varien has dropped a monster bootleg remix of Billie Eilish’s You Should See Me In A Crown. The juggernaut that is Varien has been firing on all cylinders after a brief hiatus, taking time to construct this gem while putting the finishing touches on an upcoming EP that is set to blow mind's this October. If that isn’t enough there are some rumored fall tour dates about to pop us as well.
Varien brings a cornucopia of production skills with him as he displays his vision of the already edgy track. The intro has a dark industrial vibe with upbeat percussion which is the perfect setting to the haunting Billie Eilish vocals. The drop hits and the song is off to the races. A bouncy bassline rings over saturated synths and just like that the song has a driving force, taking it from a wonderfully melancholy song to a dance track.
