This one night party in Milwaukee, Wisconsin will feature a huge head-banging lineup consisting of Excision, Zeds Dead, Bear Grillz and more. Radiance NYE will take place at the Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee, which is a massive convention and exhibition hall located in the heart of downtown.
