I am not sure what I have written about more in 2018: the return of Swedish House Mafia or the return of Skrillex. Considering that only one of the aforementioned acts actually took a break – it has been an interesting storyline to follow. Skrillex has never stopped producing. He has been pushing out new productions regularly, but not his own. Now after what feels like years of waiting, Skrillex has all but confirmed a new album is on the way. Oddly enough it seems that everyone but the man himself has spoken up the upcoming LP.
Last week we saw Brownies & Lemonade as well as a promoter build hype around the new music. Now JOYRYDE is the latest artist to throw his hat into the Skrillex hype ring. When KTN tweeted out asking what Skrillex was up to lately – JOYRYDE had a simple but exciting reply.
We hope that the Skrillex and JOYRYDE collab is featured on the upcoming album, as it is one of the most anticipated releases in quite some time. Check out the tease below.
