I will admit that whenever I see David Guetta attached to a project I still feel a bit of hesitation. A few Nicki Minaj collaborations will do that to you. But I need to realize that in this day and age, in 2018 – that hesitation is unfounded. David Guetta isn't just back, he is arguably better than ever.
The man who first helped EDM bridge the gap into the world of pop has recently been working deep in the dance music paradigm. After the release of his unbelievable double album, 7, David seems to be hellbent on finishing the year strong.

While ‘Promises' was a chart-topping house jam in its own right, Guetta has taken the tune and crafted something truly unique. Immediately upon listening, I knew that this remix was going to defy my expectations. Tension is built beautifully, and just before it reached a maximum level I feared the worst – another big room drop was coming. BUT NO.
The drop is a silky smooth progressive house driving beat that made all my dreams come true. I will say it again folks – David Guetta is arguably making better music than he ever has, and I for one and here for it. Check out his remix below.
