Skrillex is preparing for the release of a new album. That is honestly everything that anyone knows. We have no idea when it might be released, what it might sound like, or what will be featured on it. But as time continues to pass we are starting to get a decent idea of what the legends new music might sound like.
This past weekend Ekali hit the decks and hit them hard. We already covered the massive mashup he threw down featuring Odesza, Illenium, and Flume, but now we are finding more videos from the set – including one very unreleased track from Skrillex himself.
The track is confirmed to be a Skrillex ID and will give you goosebumps immediately. The track features the trap horn style which is regaining popularity with releases like ‘Loyal' from Odesza.
Come on Skrillex – we need this one, stop teasing us and drop this album.
