Well after weeks of a painfully slow drip of announcements, Swedish House Mafia has just flooded their social media with additional music festival performances. This past weekend, while America slept off their Thanksgiving meals Creamfields confirmed suspicions that Swedish House Mafia would be returning to their festival grounds in 2019.
After that announcement, many suspected it would be at least another week or two before SHM dropped more dates. How wrong were we…
Swedish House Mafia Confirms 4 Festival Appearances
Besides Creamfields in the UK, Swedish House Mafia announced performances at:
- Tinderbox in Odense, Denmark
- Frequency Festival in St. Pölten, Austria
- Stavernfestivalen in Stavern, Norway
These dates are incredibly exciting for a few reasons. Naturally, it means that the trio is open to playing multiple festivals. But it also opens the doors for several North American festivals which have not yet dropped their lineups.
Will Swedish House Mafia play Coachella, EDC Las Vegas or even Ultra Miami again? We will all find out very soon.
