Yesterday we noticed that Sebastian Ingrosso was announced as a resident at Wynn Las Vegas. This development alongside some teasers which had branding that matched up with Swedish House Mafia's…started to confirm the rumor that Wynn was assembling Swedish House Mafia has residents for 2019.
Today the rumor was pushed further into reality when Steve Angello was announced alongside his group-mate. At this point it is all but confirmed – Swedish House Mafia will technically have a Las Vegas residency. Axwell will be announced today in just a few hours.
What remains to be known though is if the group will be performing together at Wynn or just each has individual residencies in between Swedish House Mafia tour dates. Regardless, this is a powerful marketing move from Wynn. Even if the three members never perform together, fans will sell out every night featuring one of them in hopes of seeing Swedish House Mafia.
