Midnight in Eden is putting on a summer event called Soulstice in Apple Valley California. The event will be held Friday, June 21st through Sunday the 23rd. Previous Eden events have been nothing but pure happiness and full human connection; this year will be no exception. This event started in the desert by Jason Camacho, funded by him with his own money and ticket sales. Jason has watched this event grow from a dried up lake bed to now something with way more production. This event is and always will remain intimate and special with limited tickets sold to maintain the underground vibe. As the years go on they will have more art installations & some bigger names but will always support local artists. When asked about the festival Jason stated “One of the things we pride ourselves in is our sound which is provided each year by Renkus-Heinz. Renkus-Heinz has sound in OMNIA Vegas OMNIA Bali, Uppsala cathedral in Switzerland, & Taiwan's Fabulous Weiwuying Kaohsiung Center.”
This is not your average festival, it is 48 hours of nonstop steady beats of pounding house and techno. There is no VIP, no backstage boundaries; everyone is welcome to explore the land the same as anyone else. Participants are expected to emerge themselves in creative inspiration and expression. This is a PACK IN AND PACK OUT = NO TRASH!! Event.
Soulstice will be hosted at an undisclosed location many people in the community know & respect within Apple Valley, CA. In an effort to stay off the grid, and ensure a no-frills all-fun weekend of celebrations, location information will not be disclosed until the day before the event. Directions will lead you to the location of a designated greeter who will check tickets and escort you to the campground or parking area.
Soulstice will have a wide range of up & coming artists such as Brennen Grey, Kandy & Stephen Disario, as well as established acts like the Pacific Northwest Psytrance power duo that is Dimibo. Everyone should experience a desert party once in their lives. I highly recommend you head out to the wilderness and celebrate life and art over 3 days in a secluded part of Southern California. Tickets, which are still only in the 2nd of 4 phases, are still available.
