For bass music fans, Spag Heddy's ‘Zoom' has become one of the songs of the summer. After remaining an ‘ID' for the best part of a year, the track received massive praise once it was finally released on Never Say Die last month.
Building on the success of the single, Spag Heddy is now launching a remix package of ‘Zoom', welcoming a bunch of producer friends to flex their own spin on the track. Our pick of the bunch is California-based artist Moore Kismet, who consistently remains of the scene's most talked about up-and-comers.
His rework of ‘Zoom' is a sparkling, multifaceted take on the original. In classic Moore Kismet style, the young producer refuses to remain inside the confines of any one genre, injecting an entirely new lease of life in to the track. Blending snappy sound design with out-of-the-box sampling and tasteful trap hits, Kismet's remix is highly ambitious, yet executed masterfully.
Check out Moore Kismet's remix below. The full remix EP is out this Friday on Never Say Die, featuring additional reworks from L.U.X, TRVCY, Krimer and K-NINE.
