KEPIK has dropped three mind-bogglingly amazing versions of his track Neon Sky. The up and coming powerhouse from San Francisco has been really impressive with his onslaught of amazing remixes as well as his Mixed Emotions EP released earlier this year. If you take a gander at KEPIK’s soundcloud you are sure to find out why I find him to be a lock as the breakout artist in the immediate future.
Neon Sky Dark begins with an ominous intro that ascends to the first drop only to unleash hell. Calling this a dark version is an understatement. The drop is one that is as fierce as Rezz yet it has a spooky edge to it as you might find from SWARM.
Neon Sky Light is a synthwave version of the song. The Darkness of this version is washed away and replaced with an 80’s retro vibe. Synthwave is the next genre to blow up mark my words.
Neon Sky VIP is the best of both worlds situation. The track keeps the synthwave feel but add the glitchy darkness that I love so much.
