Right after dropping bass house bangers “Louder” featuring Atarii and “All I Know” with Magz, rising producer Anthony Sceam just teamed up with young talent Nikademis and vocalist Jay Malcuit for a versatile, mid tempo release with “Ghosts”. The California-based DJ and producer has had a hell of a run over the past years, being supported by the likes of Jauz, Ghastly, Sikdope and Ookay, as well as supporting artists such as Getter, Apashe and Dubloadz on their live shows. Nikademis’s unique releases have also received equal support, being played out by likes of The Chainsmokers, Two Friends and Timmy Trumpet.
“Ghosts” marks their debut collaboration, and is a perfect combination of their distinct styles. Catchy chords and atmospheres kick off the single under Jay Malcuit’s impactful vocal performance, before the drop explodes into an unexpected series of distorted bass and synths. Things change in the second drop however, as listeners are met with uplifting and epic synth chords and an electric
guitar lead.
