For International Women's Day, Spotify and Smirnoff have launched the “Smirnoff Equalizer,” a new tool that shows users a breakdown of their listening habits in terms of gender.
The new tool is part of International Women's Day which place today (March 8) and shows the percentage of female versus male musicians that you listen to on the streaming music service. For those of you that listen to primarily males, Spotify will generate a more balanced playlist for your listening needs.

The idea came about following the lack of females in Spotify's 2017 Year In Music statistics.
