If you're on the hunt for a new project to get excited about and you haven't yet heard of THE RAMONA FLOWERS, their new song and lyrical video, “Dramatist” is a perfect introduction. The warm 80's-infused synth/dance sound is reminiscent of of a more pop-oriented M83. Infectious vocals hangout in the mids just at the forefront, without overpowering the lush production. And the music video is a style of video I truly enjoy. It goes with the tune perfectly and sprawling kaleidoscope visuals take you deeper into the trace as the song resonates.
