3lau stepped into 2018 with a mission, to turn heads with a diverse sound that he had yet to divulge in with his highly-anticipated LP “Ultraviolet”. The tape itself will go down as one of the best Electronic compilations of the year. Setting the tone for the rest of the industry, the new sound of the album left us yearning for more as it was a mainstream sound we had not been previously exposed to. One of the token tracks on the LP was “Star Crossed” so it was only fitting that he deliver a massive DnB remix to his own track.

The remix is everything you look for in a DnB track, bigger, harder-hitting drops accompanied by the tracks original brilliance. Taking this track in to accompany your mid-week jitters, we have all the ear brilliance we need to get us through hump day and into the end of the week. He flips the track on its head and exposed us to a different genre of music that we had not known on “Ultraviolet” and for that diversity, we cannot help but sit back, relax and sway your damn heads. The drops is beautiful, not that the original wasn't but the mellow tone of this drop is everything.
