Zeds Dead are two of the most celebrated artists in bass music. The duo who helped popularize the dubstep sound in the US in the mid to late 2000's has explored new genres in recent years but still does bass music arguably better than anyone. Today they have released an official remix of 3lau's vocal-driven hit featuring Carly Paige, ‘Touch'. This remix is one of the most impressive we have heard in all of 2018 so far, and will no doubt go down as a classic for years to come.
3lau – ‘Touch' (Zeds Dead Remix)
Zeds Dead has taken the vocally driven track ‘Touch' from 3lau and reworked it into something that is damn near perfect. The remix is instantly reminiscent of Zeds Dead‘s earlier work like their remix of ‘Eyes on Fire' or ‘White Satin'. The more subtle, meticulously crafted bass elements perfectly ignite an air of intrigue in this tune.
Zeds Dead may have been working in the house genres lately but at the end of the day – they are true masters of this elegant, gorgeous sound. Take a listen to this remix below and be prepared to fall in love.
