There’s no doubt that The World Cup has spread soccer fever across the globe. While most fans cheer for country’s team because that’s where they reside, or because their favorite player is on the roster, Calvin Harris and Dua Lipa may be rooting for a team for a different reason.
After a 6-1 win over Panama, England’s Harry Kane was asked at press conference following the game to pick a song that would be played on a Brazilian program as a reward for his earlier hat trick. Kane responded “I’ll go ‘One Kiss’ by Calvin Harris and Dua Lipa.” Both Calvin Harris and Dua Lipa we’re excited by the response, to say the least, and tweeted the shout-out.
Yes I’m Scottish but I don’t care the legend Harry Kane picked our song hahahahaha pic.twitter.com/r0JclobgzN
