While there has been a lot of press around new music from Skrillex this past week, nobody expected a new single from From First To Last to drop today. Skrillex took to his Twitter this morning to announce that he would be releasing a new single from his former band as a free download to fans everywhere. He tried to downplay the excitement around the release, but legions of emo fans came out of the woodwork and hyped up the release immediately.

While Skrillex has been known to reunite with his former bands every now and again, surprise releases have become the name of the game. In similar fashion to ‘Surrender' which was released today, ‘Make War' was a surprise release in honor of Skrillex's birthday last year.
