A couple weeks back Unknown Caller, an upcoming midnight pop musician based in Brooklyn, NY released a fresh new single entitled “Sayonara”. Inspired by the likes of Neon Indian, Ariel Pink and others who blend indie rock, bedroom pop and other underground soundscapes, Unknown Caller is really onto some spectacular here. The sun soaked sound of his latest drop sounds like it was crafted in the 1980's via it's funky guitar licks, sexy and sassy synthesizers and the general old school vibe to it.
