Through a series of difficult events and some excellent lobbying – Ultra Music Festival is officially returning to Miami this coming March. That being said, the festival will not return to its recognizable home of Bay Front Park. Instead, the festival will take place at the Miami Marine Stadium on the historic Virginia Key.
The new location does pose a few issues. Mainly there is only one road onto the island, meaning that some serious traffic will pile up during Miami Music Week. Ultra is hard at work creating solutions to the inevitable traffic problem. Fans started to pitch potential ideas to make the trip to the island bearable and it seems that Ultra is listening – actually they are definitely listening.
Below you can find a screenshot caught by a Redditor of a conversation in the comments of Ultra's latest Instagram post. It seems that Ultra is open to the idea of featuring some live music on the buses shuttling people from the mainland to Virginia Key. Will this end up panning out? Well in the words of Ultra – “Stay Tuned”.
