Fresh off the heels of delivering a remix of Armin Van Buuren’s, “Blah Blah Blah”, Alyx Ander has been tapped again to deliver an up-lifting House re-work. This time it is the label Big Beat who came calling for a remix of Matoma’s single, “Sunday Morning feat. Josie Dunne.”
In his remix, Alyx takes the monstrous EDM song from Matoma and injects it with a blazing House groove brimming with a charged horn lead. Known for his bright melodies and vibrant instrumentation, Alyx Ander has been building a solid reputation with his original releases and remixes on Spinnin’, Armada, and Nettwerk Records.
The highlights of this track are obviously the critical production points the Alyx Ander has been known to bring to the table. The stereo separation, the mix, the master, and the intricate sound designs all combine to meld together a dead to rights banger track that is set for radio, festival, and club play alike. With such an intense focus on production value, Alyx Ander is sure to break through as a headline artist in 2019.
This latest adds to an already impressive discography of the burgeoning producer. Sunday Morning is the latest single from the Norwegian producer’s critically-acclaimed album, One In a Million, which was released earlier this year and features the vocals of Atlantic recording artist, Josie Dunne. Last week, Matoma unveiled the official video for Sunday Morning and announced his Holy Moly! headline tour.
