You never would have thought a Fleetwood Mac song would bump crazy bass, but Megan Hamilton’s remix of “The Chain” will rattle the windows as you journey back in time. The Minneapolis producer took her appreciation for classics and added her love for funk. The remix begins with the iconic steady beat of the bass drum of the original, then slowly blends into a bass-heavy Electro Funk melody with a chopped “listen to the wind blow” vocal sample sprinkled throughout. Megan also adds in a stellar electric guitar solo before wrapping up the track with a Future Bass vibe. Props to Megan Hamilton for taking a flawless classic and giving it new life!
