It’s been nearly one year since the world lost Avicii. The music community has shown tribute to Avicii since his death by releasing dedicated tracks, remixes, and sets in his memory. Denver producer Red Comet, along with Caslow, is among that group. The two have recently teamed up and released the remix of Avicii’s “Without You”. Right away you notice the acoustic guitar plucks have been replaced by incredibly touching piano chords. The track stays fairly consistent throughout the build, and then drops into a strong melodic bass melody. Overall, the remix gives a very appropriate feel to the lyrics of the track without losing the roots of the original.
