Musa, Blest Jones, and Burr just hit us seemingly out of nowhere with a track titled “Blessings” and we just couldn’t believe what we heard. With a captivating and exciting hook as well as a beautiful, different, flows on the breaks both Blest Jones and Burr create an atmosphere of nostalgia and peace, while Musa captivates our attention in the emotional drops and vast but exciting production elements. The song was made by the three in Musa’s bedroom in Bushwick, and “the track came from a place we all related to,” said Blest. Every part of this track has its own meaning and serves a purpose to tell a story, and for people to experience it when they listen to it.
This track is a hopeful debut for Musa and I can say that he is coming out the gate strong with a fresh, new, sound, and we're hyped for more. Expect more singles with Blest Jones and some insane bars from Burr. Stay tuned because these guys are just beginning their insane journey.
