Avicii has made quite a splash in the EDM world and he continues to make a splash as he announces that in his forthcoming album, he'll be working alongside Nile Rodgers, Linkin Park and Incubus.
In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, Tim Berg aka Avicii says that he has been in the studio with Nile Rodgers, Mike Shinoda (Guitarist of Linkin Park), Mike Einzinger (Guitarist from Incubus) and Mac Davis. Tim also hinted that he wanted to work with Chris Martin of Coldplay not too long ago as well.
Out of all of the collaborations Avicii said he is particularly excited about working with Mac Davis as he says
“We’ve done two songs together, it’s a trip. He’s singing on one of them. At the moment in the production, it’s kind of a duet between him and Aloe Blacc and the other one has Audra Mae singing on it. And Mac is one of those, he comes from an era that really doesn’t exist anymore, especially in lyrics.”
