Marking his 7th release this year, following successful singles on labels such as Tribal Trap and Adept, producer Rubayne is back with a shiny, international collaboration. For his latest gem, the Dutch talent enlists Atlanta rapper Cam James and dynamic New England vocalist Danny Bowens to create “My Time”, a true combination of hip-hop, R&B and mid-tempo bass.
Playful guitars and catchy percussion allow Cam James’ energetic verse to shine, while Danny Bowens takes over in the bridge, offering a smooth delivery that leads perfectly into the explosive drop, which is filled with shiny chord stabs and distorted basslines.
“My Time” is a song created for being on the road with friends, having a pool party, enjoying the summer air, or whenever it's your time to shine,” explained Rubayne about the song.
