Smack Attack Corporation has put together the “RITW” device which fits on any normal steering wheel and will run about $150.
The steering wheel will let you play 8 different drum sounds, but you can also add any other sounds with the on-board storage. The sound from your Electronic Drum Set will have the output be via FM radio to your car stereo.
