I was very excited when I heard that the Pegboard Nerds had a new EP coming out. The time has come, ‘Guilty Pleasures' was released today on iTunes. I have been in the mood for something different and a bit funky and this EP delivers exactly that. It includes 4 amazing tracks.
‘Razor Sharp' was released last month, this is the VIP version and it has a different feel. I miss the melody in the previously released version, but this is good too.
‘High Roller' (feat. Splitbreed) is not the typical Pegboard Nerd track. It's a trap! They are trying new things and I am enjoying it.
‘How U Feelin' has got this whole drumstep/glitch hop thing going on which makes an awesome combination.
‘So What' is my favorite off the EP as it has a funky disco feel that you don't hear very often.
