SFX Entertainment has been in the news a lot lately as they have been acquiring music events and EDM companies left and right. Just recently SFX Entertainment announced that they will be taking their company public with an IPO valued at $175 million.
Now SFX Entertainment is in the news again as they plan to buy out Totem. Totem is the company behind one of Australia's biggest dance music festivals called Stereosonic. SFX Entertainment plans to purchase Steresonic for AUD $75 million (AUD$60 million in cash/AUD $15 million in shares).
