Ministry Of Sound has announced that they will be suing the streaming music service Spotify since Spotify is refusing to delete playlists which mirror their compilation albums. Ministry of Sound is pursuing Spotify through the UK High Court to remove the playlists as well as seeking money for damages and costs.
Spotify has the rights required to stream all the tracks which appear on the playlists, but we shall see how the court rules on this one.
