Set to release the week of Halloween on October 28th, Swedes Olle and Stefan created what's going to be the party anthem of the year. And obviously, they can't just release their new track any old way: they are creating almost 40 different versions of the song, one for each country (duh, because raging is a global epidemic, not restricted to just the US in any means).
