In support of their upcoming debut album “Rituals” and their upcoming tour, Terravita is giving away a track from that album, titled “Check This Out.” This 140-bpm tune starts as a trap song with a rap verse that hilariously includes a PK Sound product placement in it — but then again, what is 21st-century rap without name-dropping brands? After the verse ends, the song goes into an old-school-inspired breakbeat style for the buildup, and then drops into a heavy dubstep style, outfitted with a funky synth line, growling glitch noises and a heaping amount of juicy bass.
