Music has been a large influence on me growing up. I remember playing a Talla 2XLC remix of ‘Enjoy the Silence' by Depeche Mode and a friend saying, “Oh, is this Depeche Mode?”. I chuckled and corrected him with, “No, this is Talla 2XLC”. I was oh so wrong. Soon after that embarrassing talk over the music with my friend I had the chance to see Depeche Mode perform at Coachella in 2006.  Talla 2XLC enjoyed the Original of ‘Enjoy the Silence' that he remixed it his own version and sampling essentially.  Here is a video journey of sampling original tracks into new pop hit classics.
