As HARD Summer begins to gear up for another year, they have decided to welcome three artists to take part in their annual event. The three artists so far will be Seth Troxler, Cashmere Cat and Shiba San. Unfortunately as the LA Historic Park undergoes renovation, the festival will be taking place at Whittier Narrows Recreation Area this August.
