Lone, UK producer Matt Cutler, makes fast paced and shimmering music that falls between garage, juke and synth-porn. His newest album, Reality Testing will be out next week on the 17th.
His last full length release, Galaxy Garden, was light and fast. The range of sounds and textures blew out the album, creating a sonic world full with wild variety and Neon life.
Cutler's new album takes some more modern and club-centric twists – there is a clear influence of classic house dropped into this batch of songs, and it works. The sounds of 80s dreamscape-synths and future garage rhythms are always ever-present in his work, too.
