The world-renowned DJ and producer Armin van Buuren, recently unveiled his very own was sculpture which can be found in Madame Tussauds. Visitors of Madame Tussauds can now stand side by side with Armin in the DJ booth.
To complete this was sculpture, more than 500 measurements had to be taken as well as hundreds of photographs to best duplicate Armin himself. Particular attention was given to enhance his facial features and expressions.
Madame Tussauds said “We are incredibly honoured that we now have the likeness of one of the most prominent DJs in the world in our attraction. His passion for music, contribution to the promotion of dance music worldwide, and numerous nominations helped us make the choice to create this statue. Armin was in the top five of the most requested figures, so we will also be meeting the wishes of many of our visitors.”
