KRNE recently impressed us with his “Zero Zero One” EP release on Terrorhythm Recordings. But, upon releasing this track, we now realize that “Zero Zero One” was only the beginning. Straying away from the deep but groovy bass heavy tracks that filled his previous EP, KRNE takes a more chilled out glitchy twist appropriately on Tinashe's sexy tune “2 On”, exemplifying his versatility with music production. The tempo switches up constantly in a clean unobtrusive style. And, KRNE does a really good Job of sticking with the same dream-like melody throughout the song, adding to it, then taking from it it, and playing with it with all different kinds of synths and drums.
As if he couldn't impress us more, KRNE offers not only a free download of the track but also a sample pack of the drum, synth, and bass loops used to create the song itself. By, doing this he is proving that what truly makes his music special is the heart and soul that he himself puts into it. Unlike many producers nowadays, he is not afraid to put his tools out on the table. Through this, his confidence in his own style and his generosity to the music world has become apparent. We really can appreciate that.
