The Group Therapists Jono Grant, Tony McGuinness and Paavo Siljamaki, known to the world as the legendary group Above & Beyond, released their summer single “Blue Sky Action” on July 21, 2014, in collaboration with master vocalist Alex Vargas. Now, a music video for the hot summer anthem has been released and the best way to describe it? A cross between the apocalyptic desert terrain of Mad Max and the toxic town love story of Wall-E (That's right, Pixar's animated hit, Wall-E).
Opening with a male protagonist in the barren wasteland of a post-apocalyptic Earth where the only thing left is trash, our hero seems to have a curiosity for strange items. We see clips of our beloved Trance Trio and Alex Vargas playing in hologram form throughout the video until a new, gorgeous female visitor from outer space comes to scan the Earth for life.
