Hucci is no stranger to working with live instruments in his tracks, and does so seamlessly and in good taste. EDM is currently being flooded with artists trying to remove themselves from the “DJ” buzzword, using live instruments as the premier tool to do so. Hucci, however, plays his cards close to his chest, and “Mad About U” is no exception.
With a dark tone achieved through the suspenseful guitar riffs, synths, and seamlessly integrated samples the song flows nicely atop the deep bass that has become synonymous with Hucci.
