Is it true? Yes, the 2015 Firefly Music Festival Lineup has finally come out. For those not hip to the situation, Firefly was set to release the lineup the last week in January, but some issues arose that ultimately postponed the release until today. According to their Facebook page, they we’re waiting on some final approvals that were taking longer than expected, and as you can guess this cause quite a stir with fans but we can all take a deep breath and relax now. So every day since that announcement, they have been running daily contests via social media and randomly giving away up to 10 tickets per day to sort of ease the situation. Anyways, back to the lineup…
As far as EDM artists are concerned, Firefly managed to book Zedd, Steve Aoki, Kygo, The Chainsmokers, Odesza, Tycho, The White Panda, RJD2, Rustie, Sweater Beats, SNBRN, Solidisco, Manila Killa and many more. In my opinion, I think the lineup is great, from an EDM perspective as well as a general music lovers perspective. What do you all think? The main headliners this year are Kings of Leon, The Killers, Morrissey, Snoop Dogg, Foster the People, and Zedd. The first name is blurred out but has been speculated to be Sir Paul McCartney.
