Back in late January, we reported that the house legend Lil Louis may be forced to cut his career short after someone blasted an ice cannon directly into his ear during the soundcheck at Sankey's in Manchester.
Lil Louis wrote “As we were about to leave, this idiot came into the booth and without notice, decided to show off a new toy (a very powerful CO2 cannon blaster machine), which seemed 12 inches from my left ear.”
It's been confirmed that Lil Louis did indeed suffer permanent ear damage, but the DJ remains hopeful as he says he will continue onwards and will just have to “play twice as loud” from now on.
