With Dillon Francis expected to drop his moombahton-style EP this summer, a recent social media update this past weekend elevated the hype. He posted the photo below to his Instagram, suggesting in the caption that he will have releases with Skrillex (pictured) and Bro Safari. This includes a vocal from Maluca Mala.
Dillon has put out another collab with KASHMR and suggested in a To Do List that Calvin Harris was going to be part of his upcoming production (which includes work with Kygo, Madeon, Galantis, Zomboy, and Chromeo). The high-profile collaborations are nothing new for Francis, who teased his Money Sucks, Friends Rule Album last June. He also suggested that he was going to revisit older styles with Skrillex, who since became the most important artist pushing moombahton since starting Jack Ü with Diplo in 2014.
His hit album featured work with Martin Garrix, TJR, Twista, DJ Snake, Sultan & Ned Shepherd, Brandon Urie (Panic! At the Disco), Simon Lord, the Chain Gang of 1974, and rumors suggest he might even be doing something with Tupac's hologram.
Dillon is currently finishing up the Money Sucks, Friends Rule Tour. All collaborations are hinted by Francis himself, except Tupac's hologram. Follow Dillon on Facebook and Twitter as well, that's where dreams come true and interesting comedy takes place. For example, his best Vine videos are captured on his YouTube channel that features mostly caucasian self-loathing.
