Quality and innovation are two commonly used words when describing Maya Jane Coles. As deep house’s leading lady, Maya couldn't be any bigger at the moment, especially with the first release of her new alter ego Nocturnal Sunshine. Sam Smith’s voice has already been a proven match made in heaven with house music and while it’s not the main attraction it sounds fantastic, especially when compared to the hyper low pitched vocals that have been shoved down our ears recently. It’s hard to imagine anything easier and more soothing to listen to, striking a great balance of peacefulness but with enough energy to keep you awake. Few artists are as consistent as Ms. Coles, and we can definitely expect exciting things to come with this new act.
