Deadmau5 has been collaborating with singer Colleen D'Agostino quite a lot lately. After working together on ‘Seeya' from Deadmau5's 2014 album, Colleen and Joel reunited to make Colleen's track ‘Stay' on mau5trap with Joel as the featured artist this time.
Yesterday Deadmau5 dropped a new ‘Drop the Poptart' edit of ‘Stay' that mixes the singer's airy vocals with Joel's signature progressive house style. The 9-minute mix takes you on a journey back and fourth from light melodic vocals to a drop that catapults you into a dark synth beat reminiscent of his ‘Strobe‘ days. Check out the edit below.
