Though nothing has been confirmed or denied as of yet, northeastern music festival [FKA] Camp Bisco is currently on the fence of re-emerging. The festival has garnered a lot of negative press over the years due to deaths, drug abuse, and a handful of other sketchy scenarios that reflected poorly on the event – though they are attempting to re-brand themselves as we speak.
An organizer of a handful of events around the area stated “We have contracted with Albany Medical Center to have a minimum of three physicians on site and to have an on-site field hospital. We’ve gone far beyond the state-required regulations as they apply to emergency management and keeping everyone safe” proving that they are trying to plan a safer and more policed event this time around, unfortunately the County is not on the same page. It has denied the festival's application for a ‘mass-gathering permit' which is a huge problem for their team. Who's side are you on? Let us know in the comment section if you'd like to give Camp Bisco another try this year after last year's disasters.
