Over the years of getting to know Deadmau5 and his famous coffee runs on YouTube, his name and Tim Horton‘s have practically become synonymous to electronic music fans. The Canadian doughnut and coffee joint is now taking their ongoing relationship to new heights. While Tim Horton's focuses on the release of their upcoming “Duffy Supreme” in U.S. locations, Deadmau5 is taking some time to help crown a doughnut creator at their upcoming contest called “Dueling Donuts 2015.”
The artist known for his track “There Might Be Coffee” tweeted the following:
Officially onboard the @TimHortons #DuellingDonuts judging panel w/ @JannArden & @SophieTSimmons. Get creating, Canada: DuellingDonuts.ca

Canada's finest will be judged by Deadmau5 (Joel Zimmerman) alongside Gene Simmon's daughter Sophie and native veteran and singer/songwriter Jann Arden. Should a baker create something that all three agree on, the winner will receive a cool $10,000.
Contestants can enter on their website and have about one month to submit their best donut. Finalists will be announced in September.
