You have to be seriously impressive to have a release on Ultra Music, the all conquering label that has housed tracks from the likes of Above & Beyond, Calvin Harris and, erm… Pitbull. Representing the UK – South East London to be exact -is a new, talented producer by the name of Blinkie.
Out now is his debut single titled “Don't Give Up” (On Love), a sprawling cut of deep house that is layered in soul and drizzled in euphoric female vocals, with percussive elements working with lead stabs and a warm bass line.
Whilst there isn't much that is known about Blinkie yet, with music like this that could soon be about to change. Pick up this awesome single here.
