Although Sokko & Lyons is a duo comprised of two artists in two states, they have not let their distance get in the way of their success. While one partner is in Los Angeles and the other partner is in Oregon, the duo works harder than the average in Skype studio sessions to create their unique style of music, that they call “Tropical Trance.”
However, their most recent release is not tropical trance, but it is also different. Collaborating with another duo Focus Fire and vocalist Den Henig, ‘Dreamcatcher' is a catchy production that seems to blend electronic genres with ease. A progressive track that has pretty plucks and hints of deep bass lines, as well as other indie elements, ‘Dreamcatcher' is truly its own electronic genre and the addition of vocals by Dan Henig is absolutely captivating.
