Despite the constant flow of musicians coming from the Netherlands, Norway is taking a go at pumping out electronic acts left and right. Kygo started the trend, and since his rise to popularity, more and more Norwegian acts, like Lido, Cashmere Cat, and Jerry Folk have surfaced and found success in the music industry. Known for his signature nu-disco sound, Jerry Folk has been tearing up the dance music world with quality release after quality release. His remix of Oh Wonder’s “Lose It” really put him on the map back in June, and Folk's only gotten better from there. For his latest effort, the Norwegian up-and-comer has teamed up with the supremely talented ELOQ for a future bass anthem for the ages titled “You Know.” Folk and ELOQ set the stage with soaring arpeggios, playful synths, and a warm, bubbling bass line that pave the way for an energetic future bass drop. “You Know” is out now via Next Wave as a free download, so get your copy here.
